rotisserie chicken
mushrooms
zucchini
kale
spinach
white onion
garlic
fresh basil
celery
carrots
broccoli
tomatoes
chop & dice all veggies
bring a pot of water to a boil
pour all chopped veggies into pot
turn down stove to lowest heat
shred chicken into little pieces & add
add seasoning (curry, cayenne pepper, himalayan salt, lemon pepper, turmeric, etc.)
let simmer for 6-8 hours covered on stove
cool down & enjoy!!

SHOUT OUT to Dustyn, Makenzie’s sister for letting us in on a piece of her little soup heaven. Eating right is all about moderation, and also portion sizes. The trick is to eat your heavy meals during the day, and make dinner your lightest. This way your metabolism is constantly working its little bum off. However, when we say heavy meals, we don’t mean waffles for breaky and a burger with fries and a shake for lunch. We mean healthy heavy meals. Egg whites mixed with yummy veggies, and turkey in the morning, with fresh berries to go with your coffee or tea. Chicken, brussels sprouts, quinoa, and some kale for lunch, and then yummy snacks in-between. Lastly, finish your day off with this soup! The big pot allows you to scoop, store, and have dinner prepared and ready for you when you get home for a week. It is filling enough for your dinner, and gives you the right amount of protein and vegetables you NEED.
