Processed with VSCOcam with c1 preset…its a new year, its a new you, blah blah blah…so inspiring right? Well we are here to help you! This chicken veggie soup is one of the best ways to kickstart your newest healthy lifestyle. SHOUT OUT to Dustyn, Makenzie’s sister for letting us in on a piece of her little soup heaven. Eating right is all about moderation, and also portion sizes. The trick is to eat your heavy meals during the day, and make dinner your lightest. This way your metabolism is constantly working its little bum off. However, when we say heavy meals, we don’t mean waffles for breaky and a burger with fries and a shake for lunch. We mean healthy heavy meals. Egg whites mixed with yummy veggies, and turkey in the morning, with fresh berries to go with your coffee or tea. Chicken, brussels sprouts, quinoa, and some kale for lunch, and then yummy snacks in-between. Lastly, finish your day off with this soup! The big pot allows you to scoop, store, and have dinner prepared and ready for you when you get home for a week. It is filling enough for your dinner, and gives you the right amount of protein and vegetables you NEED.
