What is your intention for this week?
If you have ever taken a yoga class, then you have probably heard the instructor mention setting your “intention” for the class. In other words, what is your goal or mindset that you would like to be focused on, where do you want to put your energy for this class, what is your plan? I love this because it helps me focus on something during my yoga class. Many times my intentions are something like: I want to be stress free during this class, my intention is to let go of my anxiety, or even something like I want to be happier than I already am! It can be anything!
Instead of setting an intention for just a hour class, lets try setting an intention for this week! What are you goals for this week? Personally, my intention for the week is to use my time wisely. By using my time wisely I will be able to get ahead of my homework, internship work, and actual job work. By getting ahead in classes it will allow me to have more free time and room to breathe! I am going to write my intention on a piece of paper and tape it to my mirror so every morning I will be reminded of what my goal is for this week.
Let’s get this week started off on the right foot! Happy Monday, birdie babes! Let’s get ready to kick some boootttayyyyyy!
